Cascades Langley up close
The bus exchange is next door, the Coast hotel adjoins the casino, and the future SkyTrain terminus will stand beside it. The casino does not permit unauthorized photography, filming or live streaming, so the views here are of the outside.

Valeria Ruiz placed these marks by hand on the building: each states a fact about arriving, not the exact position of a door. The photo was taken in 2006, and signs, colours and entrances may have changed since.
Getting there
Cascades Casino Langley stands at 20393 Fraser Highway, Langley. For drivers, the casino does not publish parking terms for casino guests. The Coast Langley City Hotel & Convention Centre, which adjoins the casino at the same address, says parking is free for hotel and convention guests.
Buses use the Langley Centre exchange, Bays 1 to 7, next to the casino. The bays are about 130 to 190 m away in a straight line. Routes there include 320, 342, 364, 372, 395, 501, 502, 503, 509, 531, 556, 560, 561, 562, 563, 564 and 595. Routes 320, 501, 502 and 503 go to Surrey Central Station, and 595 goes to Maple Meadows Station. Route 531 runs to White Rock Centre.
The Surrey Langley SkyTrain extension will end at Langley City Centre station, at 203 Street and Industrial Avenue, beside the casino. Service is expected in late 2029; in July 2026 the guideway was 50 per cent complete.
